Imperial Vienna – private walking tour of the Hofburg Palace with Sisi Museum, the Imperial Apartments and/or the Imperial Treasury

During this tour, we will follow the expansion of the Habsburg Empire over a period of more than 600 years discovering how the Hofburg Palace developed into a sumptuous imperial residence.

We will start our walking tour through the Hofburg Palace and stop to visit the Sisi Museum, which is dedicated to Empress Elisabeth of Austria, known as Sisi. The museum presents the life and legacy of the empress, including personal memorabilia, dresses, and jewelry.

Next, we will visit the Imperial Apartments, the official residence of the emperor and empress, which offer a fascinating insight into court life during the Habsburg Empire. The apartments are lavishly decorated with period furniture, art, and decorative objects.

Our tour will conclude with a visit to the Imperial Treasury, where you will see some of the most valuable artifacts of the Habsburg Empire, including crowns, scepters, and other imperial objects.
